Online donations and payments are processed via Stripe. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policies. Fylde Transport Trust does not store full payment card details.

8.2 Bókun (Event Bookings)

Fundraising and ticketed event bookings are managed using Bókun. Booking data is stored and processed by Bókun and accessed by the Trust solely for event administration and compliance purposes.

8.3 Email and newsletter platforms

All third-party service providers are required to process personal data securely and lawfully.

9. Photography and Media

The Trust may take photographs or video recordings at events and activities for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

By attending Trust events, you acknowledge that you may appear in such media. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a Trust representative at the event or contact us in advance.
